Not quite right? No worries, we want you to love your Emerald clothes as much as we do. We happily accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all non-sale items. (Lingerie and Swimwear are final sale for safety purposes).

To be able to accept your exchange, make sure:
– Items are in their original condition, not worn or washed.
– All tags are attached.

To make an exchange online, follow this easy steps:
1. Click here to start your exchange.
2. Once your exchange is processed, expect to receive a shipping label from us within 3 to 5 bussiness days.
3. Pack your items in their original packaging, with your return label over the original
4. Ship it through your nearest USPS post office

Keep in mind:
– While we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, we will pay to send it back to you.
– Exchanges are subject to stock availability
– Limit of 1 exchange per order.
